So far I've lost about 20 lbs and still going, with the objective to fittest I can be! And I def know that motivation is a critical factor to add, so please add me. I am def interested in the foods you eat, because eating Chobani yogurt and bananas are getting a bit tiresome, your goals, and the exercises you do. thanks and may all of you reach your fitness goals!!
