Low Carb headaches

    When I do the low carbs, the physician I received my diet from stated you should have a beef or chicken boulon cube each day, dissolved in a cup of hot water and believe it or not, it REALLY helps with the headaches. I typically do mine around 3pm as an afternoon snack. I have only done the chicken :)
