    I've always thought it was ego that is the root of all evil (at least it's true for me personally). Unfortunately, some people's egos are firmly attached to the amount of money they have. Ugh. What a miserable existence THAT must be!

    I think I would have called them out on the tip issue, right there in the middle of the restaruant. People that don't tip when they've had acceptable service is ridiculous!
