Hi guys and girls. I am new to MFP. Joined up about a week ago when I found myself running on the treadmill and bursting into tears because i couldn't figure out why I can't break through this plateau I'm on. In March of this year, I decided that it was time to get my @ss off the couch and start fixing my health and my life. When all this started, I weighed in at 316 lbs. In July, I hit 260 lbs and then slowly worked my way down to around 250lbs in August, but that's where my weight loss stops. Since then I've stayed around the same weight, fluctuating a few lbs up or down and can not figure out why I can't get over the 250 lbs hump. I am losing inches, so there is some progress, but I just don't understand what's keeping me at 250 lbs.

Anyways, Hopefully the tools here and this wonderful community will help slim down even more.
