Anything wrong with 30% carb, 35% fat and 35% protein macronutrient breakdown?
I CrossFit 6x per week. Diet consists of lean meats (mostly chicken, some fish), veggies, some fruit, nuts/seeds and some dairy. I take about 2g EPA/DHA fish oils per day too.
