    4 miles with speedwork (4 x 800 at 7:41 pace) for me today, then 600 yd swim.

    Ab Ripper X tonight w/ my hubby! :bigsmile:

    I ran both night and day.

    I ran today!!! Thought I'd die and barely made it but I'm totally happy with my results.
    Couch to 5k ---- Week 5, Workout 2
    5 min warmup
    8 min jog
    5 min walk
    8 min jog (I managed 5 job, 1 walk, 2 jog)
    5 min cool down.


    I love running.
    I wish my lungs would love it too.
    My legs are getting there.
    My wobbly bits are putting up less wiggle and a little more uniform movement with the muscles.
    I love running.

    3.5 this morning. nobody else was running, so I had to do it on the treadmill :grumble: (the area I'm in is kinda shady, and I wont run when it's dark by myself!!)

    then I did a quick arm workout, and some abs!
