Bruising?

It seems that ever since I joined the gym I have been finding a lot of bruises in places that I have no idea how they got there. Particularly on the tops in inside of my legs. Could this be caused from working out?

Do you have any medical issues??? if not, you may be bruising due to new workouts.0

I have asthma, but I doubt that's relevant. lol.
Maybe. I have been focusing a lot of my efforts on my legs so maybe the extra blood flow could be causing it?0 -
Some medications for asthma can make it easier for you to bruise. Probably wouldn't hurt to talk to your doc about it just to make sure it's not a problem since this is new to you.0
