Tomorrow we are doing a group meet-up exercise thing at 9:30 a.m. at cranes roost. we will be walking around the lake and working out on the steps. It is being lead by a personal trainer (my sis) lol..come and work out and have fun! it's free! plus I will be there.. and I'm pretty awesome.. just sayin
