yesterday i had the flu and could not keep anything down. i tracked what i ate but i didnt keep anything down so i do not think it matters. however after finishing my log yesterday i was under by about 1500 calories. well today i felt better but was not up for my lifting routine (or any workout for that matter) and all that sounded good was junk. and boy did i eat alot of it!!! i went over by about 1400 calories. Now i am trying to bulk right now so i am eating a bit more anyways. my question is since i ate so little yesterday but made up for it today does it all even out?

The best answer I can give is don't worry about it and get healthy. Give yourself another day or two of rest and then go back to micromanaging your diet and calories.
Sorry that I'm totally sidestepping your question but I think it's a better answer.0 -
It does even out, but if I were you, I would focus on getting better. A couple of days won't affect your goals, and you really don't need the added stress of worrying about it.
Take good care of yourself. Get back on track when the virus has run its course.0 -
I agree with sidesteal , theres no way of really knowing and it doesnt really matter anyway . Just get yourself healthy and start your workouts again .0
