Im on a very low calorie restricted diet for the next 2 weeks. it actually looks quite healthy, it is just lower in calories. Yesterday was my 1st day and i wanted to make myself extremely proud. So i stuck to my plan for the day. I knw people always say the 1st day is easy but for me it never is. i always fail between the 1st and the 3rd day. I made coffee late in the evening and couldnt drink it because i realised one sip and im done. the whole plan will be messed up. But i got so proud of myself it gave me the determination to be stronger today and i have started the day with a bang.If i can pass day 3 i know it will be possible to make it

Dear Friend, You can make it. It just takes patience and willpower. If I can do this anyone can. I've been doing this since March and have lost 41 pounds. Just don't give up. Eat a reasonable amount of calories and you'll be able to stick with it. When I started I ate 1350 calories each day. Now my goal is 1300. I know many of the people on MFP only eat 1200 but to me that's a little low although some days I try to stay even lower. Stick with it and you will be so proud of yourself... and happy too that you lost the weight. I wish you the best of luck!! :flowerforyou:0

Keep taking it one baby step at a time, and you'll get to your destination. Just be patient with yourself, and don't let anything stop you!
