I realised one calnt live their entire life without eating pizza or fries or a chocolate. unless they are antifood. So i came up with an idea that on weekends i will have 2 cheat meals.Dinner, I will have a healthy breakfast and lunch and at dinner i can have whatever i want. Still counting calories though.
last night i looked at the biscuits in my kitchen and i wanted just one. So i also dicided, whenever i have a strong craving or temptation to eat someting, i will put it in a lunch box, and see if i still crave it on my cheat day. I bet i wont even eat it. I feel like that way i wont be starving myself and i will also learn to decipline myself and understand that you cant always get what you want at the time you want it. Hope it works

you definetly should have a cheat day/meal
i'm having pizza today, yeay
i plan for that in advance so i had regular healthy brekfast and i will have low calorie but full of protein (chicken breast and carrots) lunch
i feel that if you dont cheat during the diet, eat healthy all the time, and maintain very high calories deficit, then you improve your chances of gaining back the weight
for me being on the diet means also learning how to eat after the diet
and that includes pizza and mcdonalds from time to time0
