Hello everyone!
I am finishing my last semester of college and am ready to rid myself of the bad eating habits I developed as a result of stress and always being on the go. I have completely cut out all fast food and am focusing on getting sufficient protein and staying relatively close to my daily goal. Ultimately I would like to be working out 3-5 times a week, but since I am still in the midst of finals, I am guessing it will only be a couple times over the next two weeks.
I am also the mother of two wonderful girls (ages 6 and 7) and my other half also seems to have developed poor eating habits. We are trying to nix all unhealthy foods (e.g. mac and cheese) and stick to at least 50% veggies at every meal.
I have a pretty hefty goal, to lose 45 pounds by May 6th, my birthday. I realize that may not be possible, but I think just changing our habits will result in at least 15-20 pounds coming off.
