Friday mornings. Since weekends are tough, it Allows me to relax a bit on the weekend, get on track on Monday, and redeem myself by Friday.

When I was trying to lose weight, I would weigh in every day in the morning. I know a lot of people say don't do that because it will drive you crazy, but it teaches me how different foods affect my body. I also know my body can fluctuate up to 4 pounds in a days time, so if I step on the scale and it's not what I expect, I don't get so freaked out and I make sure to drink more water that day and that puts me right back on track. It also holds me accountable for my choices. Now that I'm pregnant, I have only been weighing at my Dr office, but I gained 6 pounds in a month so I think I'm going to weigh once a week just to keep my on track!

Morning, Daily, and I record it in a spreadsheet daily. I only log my Friday weight on MFP though. Recording every morning in a spreadsheet really helps me stay focused for the day, and of course I am fully aware that a pound or two in gain is just food or water in my system, so fluctuations do not bother me.

I weigh myself on Tuesdays (random day, but that was the day that I started weighing). I weigh first thing in the morning before I get in the shower.

first thing every morning. and no, I don't freak if today says 3lbs more than yesterday, I know that's impossible.
But NOT weighing & NOT even owning a scale is how I got over 200 lbs. It's been going down steadily (if slowly) and I intend to keep it that way.
Besides, seeing that number every day reminds me how great I am, how hard I work & how far I've come

and (this is kind of mean) since my daughter just had a baby, I weigh less than her WHICH FEELS AWESOME, even if it is only temporary

No offense intended but I Never weighed myself. When the jeans got tight and I could zip my skirts, I knew. When you went up in size didn't you think you were gaining. I don't understand.

Every morning with Tuesday being the "official" day. (ok, really I am a stay-at-home-mom so I weigh like 3 times a day, don't tell).
I chose Tuesday because I like to take things easy on the weekends and we usually go out with family to dinner on the weekend. Gives me monday to get back on track.
no, you are not "supposed" to weigh evey day but rules are for breaking! I like to break the rules and it works for me to know what I am doing each day....also when you weigh every day you learn what YOUR body does not what everyone says is normal. I only fluctuate 2 pounds in a good day.....4 pounds of fluctuating and I know I am waaaay off track. Helps me make better choices. I know that to stay on track I need to have a steady .2 decrease each day......that is much easier than taking on the entire pound!

Just my thoughts though...I'm in no way an expert....far from it.

I was weighing myself several times a day so I brought my scale in to my office to do it once on the weekday mornings...a coworker and I are doing weigh-in days on Thursday mornings at work as well. I don't mind seeing the fluctuations because I know that nothing I am doing right now would cause me to gain weight.

I weigh myself every morning, right out of bed (after bathroom break). I record that number every day.

I weigh every day and only record losses that are a full pound. I have a digital scale that reads to 2/10ths of pounds and know i can record those here. It just feels like cheating to me because MFP rounds up on the tickers so it'll say I lost 28 pounds eventhough I only lost 27.5
However, the closer I get to goal, the more I think about going ahead and recording those decimal losses...who knows, I may cave if another long plateau comes along.

Friday morning - once a week. I used to weigh every single day (haha) but life is too busy for that kind of nonsense. Sometimes I even forget to weigh on Friday. Whoops.

I've only recently begun watching my calories again so the scale hasn't been moving - that's probably why I lost my interest in checking! Haha. Maybe when the scale starts moving again I'll become obsessed with the scale again.

Every two weeks or so, sometimes every week, sometimes every month. I can't get too obsessed over the scale or I go overboard with dieting and exercising.

But, I weigh first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom. And I weigh myself without clothes.
