So, yesterday was a b ust for me. It was one of those days where LIFE happened. However, I actually logged all my food so I could SEE it. I have subsequently made my food diary public so I could let the world know what i did!. Today is a new day!

Actually, if you'd skipped the Taco Bell, it wouldn't have been so bad. The cake hurt you some, too.
If you have a sweet tooth, like me, try Skinny Cow ice cream bars and candy and Snackwells cookies. Everything is pre-portioned, and the calories range from 100-150. I'm using these to satisfy my sweet tooth in a low-calorie way. Sweets are my biggest weakness, so if I deprive myself of them, I'll go absolutely nuts. I allow for these little treats in my calories allowance, so I'm not feeling deprived.
You're absolutely right, too...today IS a new day! Pick yourself up and keep going!0 -
that's actually not so bad! Like the previous comment said, if you had just skipped the taco bell you woulda been spot on, so keep it up!! One day of temptation wont ruin you forever darlin!!0

And don't feel bad you should see my thanksgiving eve and day dairy.

It's not to bad. I have gone over by 1000cals on some of my bad days. They are hoot for motivation and can also help to trick your body into thinking you will be eating that much food for a while!0

That's not so bad. What's important is that you're back here today! I once had a bad day where I ate half a little cesar's pepperoni pizza on top of my regular cals but it was merely a bump in the road. Keep on going and you'll make up for your treats.0

I think every few weeks I have a day like that. Had the worst day on sunday by being over by 2600...And it was by having a homemade brunch(two eggs, two toast, two bacon and a small paleo pancake with a couple tbsp sour cream/banana/brown sugar mixture and homemade spaghetti for supper with plain sauce, four small meatballs, sprinkle of cheese and a slice of pie with half a cup of icecream. It sure adds up.
As long as you are good the next day and for awhile thereafter, all should be good!0
