First (small) NSV?

Yaaay! I've been really discouraged that for the last 5 days I've been working my butt off (30 Day Shred plus a Team challenge) and the scale's only dropped 1-1.5 lbs. I just decided to measure myself again for the heck of it, and I've dropped and inch off my waist, hips, AND thigh! :love:
The best part is this is the first time I've worked out daily and I LOVE it! Cheers to a healthy future!

    1- 1.5 lbs in 5 days is excellent.

    I would say you have both a scale AND a non-scale victory on your hands. Well done!

    This is awesome. Great job and congrats on your NSV! I try to drill My fitness buddies on here to make sure they measure. When the scale has you down the measuring tape never lies.
