Well I hit my goal in June so I slacked off and quit counting, :blushing: cause quite honestly I was tired of logging all the time. But I guess I learned my lesson, I will have to log all the time, even when in maintenance because I will overeat. I'm up 5 pounds again, not too bad for 5 months, but not what I wanted, so back to the grind.....uh logging:sad:

3,500 calories per pound of fat (17,500 to gain 5 lbs)
~150 days (5 months)
How many surplus calories a day would that be? 116?
You'll be okay! I would just think of it as winter hibernation fluff and cut out the cocoa. You'll be back at your goal weight in no time! Congrats on being in maintenance. I wish I was there0 -
I have the same problem. Really, I have supposedly learned this lesson 3 or 4 times now but apparently it hasn't sunk in completely yet.0

lol me too you'd think we'd learn, but I get so darned tired of logging EVERYTHING!!!! But if I don't it all creeps back up there. I find if I don't log I just go back to how I ate before, which isn't badly overeating, but just enough to gain those few pounds back.0
