calories in plain mashed potatoes?

Anybody know how many calories there are in plain (russet) mashed potatoes? I mean just boil them, mash them and do not add any butter, milk, salt, etc...I thought I'd ask because when I googled this item, I found three websites with differences in the information being presented. I want measure it by the cup or something like that. Any help would be appreciated!

    Any way to measure by the potato itself? As in, how many potatoes you put in? A medium russet is about 100 calories.

    *Side note - how can you eat mashed potatoes PLAIN?! :noway: I'm jealous, I could cut my calories in half if I didn't need salt, cheese and bacon bits. :laugh:

    Potatoes - Boiled, cooked in skin, flesh, without salt, 0.5 cup 68 16 1 0 3 0

    there is also a choice for skin removed!!
