HOW TO LOG P90X

I am going to start P90X TODAY BUT HOW WOULD I LOG MY CALORIES BURNED IF I DONT HAVE A HEART RATE MONITOR??? Any suggestions??

    I would suggest logging the strength training as "circuit training", plyometrics as "aerobics, high impact". You should be able to find a suitable alternative to log them under.
