Hello...looking for fellow Medifaster

Hi MFP, I am new to the Medifast program. I am on week 3 of the program and I am already down 13.6 lbs. I always find myself having questions about the actual meal plan and I would love to find other friends who are doing the program. I am also on mymedifast website under "vrcarson21".
