Oh I don't want another app like mfp!! I love it too much! I just want one that could help out with like recipes, diet tips, exercises that kind of stuff0

How about eatingwell.com for recipes?0

For exercise, I like the Nike Training Center (great instructions!). I also like Jillian Michaels Slim Down, and the Virtual Trainer. I haven't found anything yet for recipes or nutrition tips.0

I hear sparkrecipes is a good app, thought i haven't used it myself.0

For exercises, I like the Jillian Michaels Slim Down Solution.0

iMapMyRide. Not for weightloss. MFP is best for that.0

Footsteps is a great free pedometer.
iMapmyRun is awesome for any type of activity, tracks you by GPS.
Pandora is lovely for workout music.0 -
I love Pocket God too.0

Nike Fitness Trainer - great App with some killer workouts....I SWEAT with those...best yet - totally free and you can play your music - I created a workout play list - set my phone on my speaker dock so I can see it (it shows you what to do and gives a countdown for each exercise)0

Jog FM will play music from your library based on the tempo you're running at. My daughter has more luck at it than I do, though. She runs outdoors and I use a treadmill, so if it's slightly faster or slower, I can't adjust my speed. I also have a lot more music on my iPhone that is acapella or otherwise not good for keeping time, regardless of the tempo.0

FitnessBuilder by Pumpone!! Awesome app and you can build your own workouts!! Use it almost every day!!0

I use an app called TargetWeight. All it measures is your weight/BMI but it shows the lbs you have left to lose like a notification number on the outside. That way I see it every time I open my phone so it's a great constant reminder. I love watching the number go down!0

Runkeeper!! You can enter pretty much any exercise manually, and it automatically syncs with a web page too.0

Theres like a bunch of apps by the same person, there is "daily arm workout", daily leg workout, etc and they are GREAT!0

Runkeeper - for GPS mapping my runs. Best darn app I've ever purchased and if you're planning on walking/running frequently, I recommend the paid version over the free one.
Spotify and/or Pandora - for mah tunes. Must have tunes.
Allrecipes - I enjoy that you can see the star ratings, reviews on recipes. I've found some good stuff on here. It's not "healthy" per se, but it's a start for figuring out dinner.
Urbanspoon - mostly so I can find good food while traveling.0 -
thanks guys awesome!!!!0
-
5K Runner if you're interested in C25K. Quality app!
And Urbanspoon. sounds cool, I'll try it!0 -
Fooducate is great for information about food and grass the foods based on preservatives and how good they are for you.0
-
Not an app, but the website randomabs.com gives you a random ab workout each day with videos on how to do the different exercises. The mobile version can be reached on your phone.0

Runner's world smartcoach for run training
iFitness for strength training exercises
Tabata lite for tabata intervals0 -

Yup, Runkeeper - a great way to keep track of your exercise.
And Skimble workout trainer (free workouts), Track Weight (nice weight chart) and Split time (if you're a runner and you like to obsess about pace!)0 -

I love the Nike app as well. I have a techno question for anyone out there - is it possible to connect my iphone to the tv to watch applications (in particular the NIke one)? Sorry I'm not to tech savy :-(
thanks0
