Anyone ever done a ropes class?

My gym is going to be offering a ropes clinic and it looks very challenging and i'd love to try it. Wondered if anyone else has done it.

    I sold my ropes to my boot camp instructor. It is a KILLER workout for the entire body!!!!!!! I need to buy another rope. I miss the challenge. It takes Tabata to a whole new level!!!

    I've been doing battIe rope training for over 10 years since my wrestling days, my brother uses them extensively in his course at the gym
    We use 50ft rope thats 1,5" diameter, very tough exercise

    I haven't tired it yet, but I plan on doing my version of the battle rope next year.
