That much weight loss??

Weighed myself last Monday morning, clothed and weighed 83.3kg.
I had checked myself on a few scales to make sure this was my actual weight (was shocked!)
Any way weigh myself every morning (don't ask why lol) and have noticed a decrease in weight every day.
I have used the treadmill 5x all up for 20mins each time and did a little jogging on it too.
I have been under my 1200 intake each day apart from 1/2 days from memory.
Now this morning i weighed myself and i'm 80kg so 3.3kg in just over a wk?
To me i can't see how you can lose that much that quick?
I weigh the same time, wear pretty much the same clothes etc also

What do you think?

Often times when you first embark on a weight loss and exercise program, you lose what seems to be a larger amount in the very beginning. Unfortunately, it will slow down. Enjoy this bonus and use it as motivation to keep going during those weeks when the scale may not move at all, or move much more slowly, or even go up a pound or two.

When I first began, I lost weight fast, fast, fast.
20 lbs in 2 weeks, then I thought "OK, at this rate, I'll reach my goals by the end of next month - not bad!

    But...

Progress stalled, then ceased! I had to make further adjustments and settled into a mode of 3 to 4 lbs per week before hitting the next wall after losing about 40 lbs. I made more adjustments to diet and exercise and realized a mere 1 to 2 lbs a week until I finally reached my goal weight.

Now, I am not so much losing weight but body fat.

It's been a wonderful journey, and the progress continues.

    YOU CAN DO THIS!
  • Well done on your weight loss!
If the scales are correct then i have reached my first goal point already, My next will be 75kg. If i get to that and look good then thats were i will keep it :)
