Small Victories

Since I've started my weight loss journey: I've gone down at least 1 pant size and am in the process of moving into the next smaller size, now weight less than my driver's license says, I've gone from "extremely obese" to just "obese" on the BMI chart and my blood pressure has gone from 120/80 to 113/68. Additionally, I drink a ton of water, eat more produce and have joined a gym. It's good to remind myself of these things from time to time to keep motivated.

What are your small victories?

    Small victories are my favorite!

My most recent is not having to take a nap every single day! And also, being able to say NO to drinking, or limit myself to 1-2 drinks.
