I came across this meal plan while doing research on small meals. Do you think that this kind of plan seems worthwhile? I am concerned to cut dairy because I am a woman in her 20's, but I think I might be able to modify it to include the calcium I need.

Please let me know what you think. After a while, I get lost by all of the suggestions people make.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Looks very similar to what the nutritionist told me to eat back in July when I went to see her.

Losing weight is about creating a calorie deficit. That article is nothing but a list of foods.

All those foods are great, but unless you are tracking your calories and meeting your nutritional needs, it won't do much good. So, while those are great suggestions for healthy foods, you still need to track your calories and burn more than you eat.

That is pretty much called Eating Clean...that is what I do about 90% of the time - no packed/processed food - if it came from the ground or had a mother you can eat it...

things like veggies are so low in calories but packed with nutrients you can eat them with abandon

fruits and higher sugar veggies - eat in moderation

    protiens from lean sources

fats from good sources like nuts, avacado, olive oil

I eat very little processed food, very little dairy (in fact I did a whole food cleanse the first part of November I haven't had Dairy since the end of October)

I suppliment what I eat with a whole food daily vitamin, Vit. D, Fish oil and clean source Calcium
