What can I do to speed up progress?

Basically ive done my weightloss in two batches because of prolonged plateaus...I'm trying to break off plateau three and get moving again!
I've started being a little more flexible with my food in terms of fats and carbs (i.e more good fats and slow burning carbohydrates)
and now i've started 30DS, which includes resistance exercises with weights which i didnt have before which ive been told is very good for speeding up the metabolism.
Poor weather in the UK right now and no proximity to a gym means no little/running for me which used to be my primary exercise.
I dont think the plateau is ready to end yet...Please can anyone offer some advise as to how i can get moving again, i really want to break through this last bit as im in a bit of a "last ten pounds" place right now and want it moving!!
Should i be eating my burnt calories?! I dont physically know if i could them itd be like another meal some days because im quite a light eater, i think it would make me feel queesy!
My diary is open, but when you see my calorie intake please remember im 5ft1 and have a desk job...
Current weight roughly 122.
