Help! I have three kids, 7, 21/2 and 11 months. I am trying to get sufficient sleep at night to help with my weightloss, but my youngest two do not sleep through the night. My two year old likes to be up at night and my 11 month old still wakes up every few hours. By the time I get into a good sleep. Its time for me to get back up and my body doesn't feel rested and I barely have the strength to do a workout. What should I do?
