Losing Weight With Your Spouse?

My husband and I kind of started this together, but he's since taken off in a totally different direction. He's lost a ton of weight and I've lost some, but not nearly as much. Again, I'm sure a big portion of this was our approach - he dropped a ton of weight super fast, and I'm more a slow and steady kind of approach.

Anyway, he's going to the gym three times a week and running when he can too, and he swears this is "all for me", but I'm not that interested in this super skinny, super muscle clad goal that he's after. Anyone else have experience with this? I'm fairly certain his goal isn't "for me" so much as for him, but maybe he's got the wrong idea. Any advice is appreciated.
