    It's very similar to Tae Bo, but without the violence.

    The 30 Day Shred is awesome! It combines Strenght, Cardio and Abs in a 20 minute intense workout. You start off on Level 1 and do 3 minutes of strenght, 2 minutes of cardio followed by 1 minutes of abs for a total of 3 sets combined of different exercises. The combination of these exercises have proven to have had great results for numerous people including myself.

    It is awesome! You can feel the burn from it which is why I love it, plus it keeps ya motivated to keep doing it!
