Becoming fit again

I began this journey at 315 lb and am now at around 301. Due to a congenital bone problem I am in a wheelchair and cannot do lower body cardio. I have slashed my calories to about 1500 a day (not sure if that is too little) which seems to be working. Looking for help, encouragement and bonding during the weight loss process.
