having trouple not pinging and trying to maintain. please he

Hi evreyone. well i have a question for you guys. i started my diet back in august and have lost 20lbs and know im trying to maintain my weight. But since Saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday i had pinged big time! i was eating cookies, chips, choclate, and unhealthy stuff for 4 days! i have kept saying ok tomorrow im going to stop this nonsenses but when tomorrow comes i just ping again!
and i think i have ate about 4000! calories a day. well this make me gain weight? tomorrow (wednesday) im going to stop eating unhealthy stuff for good! . oh and i was also wondering how can maintain my weight? i messed up myy matabolism really bad! i was only eating about 500 calories in a month! and know im trying to eat more but not gain weight. PLEASE ADD ME IF U COULD HELP!

you're binging because you starved yourself. it's a normal bodily response to starvation. You will likely gain some weight back but being consistent with your calorie intake is the best thing you can do. You should try eating 1800-2000 (depending on your height/weight) and just wait it out. it will be hard but this is the kind of thing that requires some people to experience before they understand just how bad restricting their calories so drastically is. don't give up and don't stand on a scale anytime soon...your health should be your number 1 priority right now.0

Plus, don't cut out chocolates/sweets completely. This will make you binge. Just work them into your macros every few days so you don't have that urge.0
