Hello All,
I have started reusing this app and I am starting from day 1 week 1 and doing well so far. I just wanted some advice I am looking at my journal and the line graph (plot graph) feature. Specificaly the run and walk pace graph. I get confused about the 'goal' line.
At the moment my run pace in 15:42MIN/KM and the goal line is at about 6...I am assuming I need to run doubly as fast to reach this goal is that correct?
The same with the walking today my walk pace according to the app was 16:14 (i don't know how) and the goal is somewhere near 7
As I am completing this on a treadmill due to the crappy weather in Sydney I entered in my average pace as it was shown on the treadmill (8:33/km) and my run pace and walk pace automatically updated. I dont understand how my run pace can be 15:43/km (10.0kph on the machine) and my walk pace is 16:14/km (6.0kph on the machine)
