ok so I've lost 49lbs . . .thats 49lbs NOT 50lbs . . .I kindof decided I would try and work out how to do a 'before and 'during' photo thingy on the success board when I got to 50lb loss . . .which is roughly halfway to my goal . . .GUTTED I didnt get there at weigh-in today!! My 9 year old son decided to take photos of me anyway . . .but they are all AWFUL . . .WHEN will I be happy??!! (not his fault bless him! . . .I just look hideous no matter what weight I am!!) I'm hoping one day I will not care anymore.

Don't beat yourself over it. Maybe today is just a bad day. Try again next week. 49lbs is great, keep up the great work.

You've lost 49 pounds!! Congratulations! You're already a success despite that pesky pound. Now YOU just need to KNOW it! Go ahead... Be proud. You've done something most people can't.

My ticker said 49 once. It also said 50. And 45, and 38, and someday it will say 130, maybe 140. Every pound that moves you closer to your goal is golden. Don't take it for granted. 49 pounds is great, 50 will be there soon enough, and in a month, you'll have left that in the dust, too. Get yourself a ticker so you can see that thing every time you log in.

I personally think you are one of the most beautiful women I have seen in a long time, and it has nothing to do with your weight.
beauty has to do with features and spirit. even a person with beautiful features and a thin body could be disgustingly ugly.
It is very important that you learn to love your self, no matter what size you are .
And I am very serious you are very beautiful with your porcelain skin and golden curls.

You are doing fantastic, trouble is we can be so self critical and we dont see what others can.Im at goal but still see that big girl looking back at me but then i could be out walking past a mirror in a shop and see a different person looking back at me and i have to do a double check to make sure its me lol.... you will get there and you will see how fab you are looking xx
