Just wondering, do you input excercise you think you get on a daily basis, like when you're walking from class to class, or just walking to the mall, or home, do you guys put down the amount of minutes you've walked for and such?

I can't speak for everyone else, but I only put in the things I do where I am intentionally burning calories such as working out, going on a brisk walk, etc. The reason is, I don't want to over estimate the calories I burned and error on the side of not losing weight.
Hope that helps.0 -
I agree with @Rahbuhbuh. Only enter what you do intentionally. Everything else is *cough* icing on the cake. *ba-dum-dum* However, if you wear a heart rate monitor (HRM) of sorts, then all the other stuff can easily be included as you have an accurate measurement.
Feel free to add me if you'd like.

I am with the others. A lot of the times, now, if I am doing extra cleaning or something, I will log it, but only if I am trying to clean in a way that it raises my hear rate (IE: Scrubbing the floors)0
