Two days new

I have just finished day two on the program. So far so good. It is really hard to stay under calories after having free run of the calorie cupboard for so long. I have also worked out both days and sad to say, any good cardio I had over the summer is gone. I looked down at the timer thinking my 30 minutes had to be just about up and I was only half way.
I am planning on weighing in twice a week. I have chosen Friday and Tuesday mornings. I have read several opinions on when and how many times to weigh in and there doesn't seem to be a right or wrong.
I think this is an exciting time to get started. There are so many temptations during this month and by the time everyone else jumps in with their new years resolutions, I'll be a month in.
