AT wendy's I get the apple pecan chicken salad- HALF size. Also I only use half the dressing.

    Good luck!!

I'd pack a snack/meal & just get a beverage at those places. Honestly, nothing there is really quality food or nutritious.

At McDonald's I get a Bacon Ranch Salad w/grilled chicken when I'm inside. When I'm travelling and driving through then I have a snack wrap and a fruit and yogurt parfait.

I avoid eating in those places if humanly possible! Sometimes when my bf wants to eat at McD, I buy couple of bananas from market and eat them before/after we go to McD. I don't have too much calories to eat on days I'm not exercising so I prefer using those few cals for something that gives me more vitamins etc to stay healthy and feeling good. My taste buds don't even like such fast food anymore, maybe partly because I know it's not good for me and my weight management...

a small chili at Wendy's isn't bad in terms of calories/fat but the sodium is quite high. when i was a meat eater, i would get that, a baked potato and a small side salad and would be set. now i just do the potato, salad and add some apples if i need to eat at Wendy's.

McDonalds, they usually have apples, milk, salads (get it with grilled chicken) and yogurt parfaits.

Subway is an ok choice in a mall too.
  • Sushi or the place by me does a fantastic open donor kebab (no bread so pretty much a turkish salad), eat that often.
