Chocolate, coffee and orange bliss balls

Made these up to take to my monthly stitch and ***** with the girls tonight:
Makes 11 balls - 134 cal per ball
1 cup natural raw almonds
1/8 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup unsweetened coca powder
zest of 1 orange
2 scoops unflavoured (or vanilla) protein powder
1 tbs instant coffee powder
1 cup pitted dried dates
1 tsp cinnamon
few drops vanilla essence
a few tbs orange juice to make more moist if necessary
Blend up everything in a food processor except orange juice and cocoa nibs. Once everything is is crushed up and blended add cocoa nibs and blitz for only a second to get distributed evenly. Add orange juice and blend now if there isn't enough moisture in the mixture to hold together if rolled into a ball.
Now make into 11 balls. Put in the freezer to set for at least half and hour to eat.
Makes great christmas presses wrapped up in cellophane.
