my friends and family like to go everywhere and travel and on our way there we stop at fats foods like mcdonalds and wendys etc... What do you guys eat at those two places that is satisfying and not terrible in fat and cal?? thanks! :) Good job everyone you can do it!

    If you can, access their website and their nutrition information before hand. That way you can see your choices. At McD's I get the grilled Honey Mustard Snack Wrap. I don't really know the nutrition on it but i know its one of the better choices. Also, if you Google "Eat This Not That" and what ever restaurant you are eating at, it will tell you the "better" picks. Sometimes, there is no great picks. Hope this helps!

    The salads with grilled chicken are ok the ceaser only comes in at 190 cals without the croutons or dressing. Also grilled wraps with a side salad. Just be warned. Everything at McDonalds and Wendy's is very high in sodium.
