Hey guys posted a topic about a month ago with my progress to date - 30 lbs or so. I am now approx 45 lbs down so I thought I'd post a wee update with some animated GIFs!
My highest weight was around 210 lbs. Started MFP at approx 207lbs midway through 2011. Lost about 10 lbs over the course of a few months and decided to start p90x after my holiday to Spain in September. On the 20th September 2011 I weighed in at 196 lbs. Today on the 6th December I weigh 162 lbs
33 lbs in about 11 weeks or so. Exactly 3lbs / week average, although this has fluctuated a lot. Anyway about 3 weeks ago I had to stop p90x due to a leg injury from Soccer - and have been off work for 7 days now with a chest infection. Feeling clearer so getting back into P90X tomorrow at phase 2 - and wanted to post my progress so far. Remember I only did about 5 weeks or so of P90X.
So I now have about 9 lbs to lose until I hit a healthy weight - feels like I have SOO much more still to lose!
Especially around the midriff area! But I guess so far I am happy with the results
