i usually eat a couple hundred more calories than usual on a good day ^^0

Treat myself to a pedicure, buy a nice piece of workout gear, etc... love those little rewards!! Can't wait til I hit the 40 lb mark... I'm thinking of adding to one of my tattoos with a little memorial/reminder of my friend that passed away... stuff like that.0

Watch something frivolous, read a book, or (if I have time and it's the weekend) get a massage. This might sound nerdy, but I also like writing in my journal, making myself focus on positive things going on in my life. It always helps me turn my mood around.0

If I do something good that deserves a reward I have to immediatley go and do something equally evil to maintain balance in my life. If I lose 5 pounds, I put a can of sardines under my neighbors car seat. If I get promoted at work, I steal my neighbors kids bike.0

New clothes
I love shopping now!!! I did reward myself with a fairly big tattoo on my back and 2 new piercings this spring after a year of dieting and losing 60+ lbs. I plan on another tattoo this coming up spring to celebrate reaching my goal and maybe a piercing or two
