Motivators Needed!

I'm new to this site, as well as "new" (meaning I've exercised once or twice, but ultimately gave up) to weight loss... But boy do I need it. I refuse to let my laziness get in the way again, but I really need some help. If anyone else has a big goal (my goal is to lose 100 lbs and quit smoking, actually), I would really appreciate someone I could talk to. Maybe about what works best for you and share our difficulties. :)

    i'm new to this site, but not new to weight loss.
    i have been battling weight most of my life.

    good for you, deciding to get healthy by losing weight and quitting smoking.
    pace yourself though, you shouldn't do too much at once.

    i quit smoking in february and let weight loss take a back burner.
    i knew i would be miserable if i did both at once,.
    smoking is behind me now and it's time for me to deal with losing weight...again.

    if you need support, i am happy to give it.
    are you following any specific weight loss plan?
