Needing some advice

So, I have an interesting dilemma. Most of the time, I can eat normal meals and stay satisfied for normal amounts of time before feeling an urge to eat again. I have even gotten to the point where I will have a glass of water before eating just to make sure I am not just thirsty.
Now, there are times when eating normal meals and snacks does not work, and there are two general categories that are polar opposites that I experience, and they generally last for 2-4 weeks at a time.
First, I have a hard time eating much of anything. I feel absolutely stuffed after eating either a salad or PB&J sandwich. I have to force myself to eat anything and it makes me feel nauseous after eating, no matter what it is.
The second, which is what I am currently experiencing, is that no matter how much I eat I do not feel satisfied. At least, not for very long. I can have my meals like normal, but then I feel absolutely famished not long after. Remember, I have a glass or two of water before I eat anything to make sure I am not just thirsty. No matter how much I eat, I cannot stay satisfied very long. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I start feeling pangs of hunger and my stomach rumbles loudly.
I talked to a dietitian when I had access to one about this issue, and they suggested I try to add more snacks in and balance my food intake. This seemed to help for a little while, but is no longer working for me. I mostly have stopped putting food in my snacks section, and just added it to meals, but I do occasionally have snacks.
My question is, what should I do, especially when I feel the need to eat everything I have even after drinking water?

Hello,
I looked at your food diary and noticed you aren't eating that much protein and plenty of carbs. When I eat more carbs I notice that I feel hungrier, don't follow what I am doing I am lifting weights so the amount of protein I eat is more than average. The average woman should have between 100 to 120 g of protein/ day. Also what I would do with the water, is start drinking it after you meal, eat all your food, then drink the water just so that your stomach isn't too full to fit good food in it
About the hunger pains, if you are trying to loose weight then it is normal to be hungry and just learn to ignore them so long as you have eaten all your calories properly. Now if you start feeling faint then eat something like peanut butter and crackers for instance.
I did notice when I was loosing weight that sometimes my body would do stuff like that, and I just started to ignore them especially cause I was on a diet to loose weight of course I will be hungry, it would happen especially after making a delicious meal for my family that I knew I wasn't going to eat (dieting).
Watch what else is going on around you, some good smells, food shows, something reminds you of a favorite dish perhaps.
I hope this helps!0
