Hello,
Does anyone have any reports or success stories for this Solo Slim plan? I understand you buy the food in bulk and it covers all meals and snacks completely measuring your intake?
I'm thinking of starting it int he New Year but wanted advice first as its not cheap to do.
Thanks in advance.
Sarah.

I brought the stuff and did ot for a few days (not the most healthy of eating - i felt) everything is a bit 'mushy' however good to have in if you need a quick low cal meal - doesnt need to be refridgerated
I think its a bit salty too (for my taste)
But for me it was a good focus cos i hate to waste money (i think if you shop at Tesco etc you can probably find things about the same caolrie count but cheaper) The bars and nice and the cheese is useful (i use Low Low now)
Message (or friend me) if you want to caht / support each other
Good luck
