Hello all, I am ready to tackle on my new years resolutions..
1- to get healthy and stay healthy
2- Fight down the walls of depression that I have had for so long
3- to enjoy life which I have already started

So what is your New Years Resolution going to be???

    2. Put on some muscle
    3. Find a job that I like

    2. Enter a couple local 5K races
    3. Reach my goal- Im already more than halfway there only 43 more lbs to go!

    Yay, New Year's!

    1. Once my husband gets his annual raise, switch our budget to only live off of his salary and save/invest all of mine
    2. Get down to 15% BF
    3. Try to consistently meal plan 2 weeks in advance
    4. Do a 30 day Paleo challenge - I want to see how gluten, dairy, etc. are really affecting my body
    5. Run a marathon!
