Getting back into it BUT

I am not seeing the same results that I did before I left... What the heck?? I'm in the military and had to leave for quite some time (for training). During that time, I tried to run and work out as best as I could, but I was looking at 14+ work days... Now that I'm back home, I am starting to hit the gym again and tracking everythnig that I eat but I am not seeing the results that I was before. Is there something that I should be doing? Can anyone explain whats going on here? Any tips?
