Not to associate with the negativity of a yo-yo diet, but just try to picture it as if your weight is a yo-yo and you are walking down a mountain with said yo-yo. Small up and downs along the way, but overall everything is dropping off.0

I agree with booze and water being the issue. I've made the same mistake checking myself mid week and then freaking out or being really disappointed with a loss on my weigh in day because it wasn't as big as midweek. Don't worry about it now. Continue to get all of your waters in and it will shed itself away. I'm trying really hard to weigh myself just once a week, though I did peak two days in a row, I'm not perfect, lol. I know I have a drinking type event this weekend and I've already pre-planned to work out more this week and to take diet tonic water to drink with my vodka. I weigh in on Monday and I have prepared myself for not seeing a big loss just because I know my body needs to adjust to that alcohol. Don't give up!0
