Im so ashamed of myself

Help me please........scold me or something....Yall i have been doing awesome since January and have almost gotten into my tens where i started in a 12/14 but.........since Sunday past i have gone nuts at night snitching and snacking....i feel so guilty i did get on my power ride afterwards, but im still beating myself up .........for some reason i cant seem to stay out of the kitchen at night example....last night i had a slim fast for dinner around 5 45 or so..........BUT!!! as soon as i got home my boyfriend decided he wanted taco bell sooooooooooooooo i willingly told him to get me a tostata and fresco taco...those arent the worst so i read .....but i had already had my caloric intake.....im supposed to do 1200 but i exceeded to 1525 and a little over on the other areas too...do you think that will throw me off too bad since i have done this for two or three evenings? Its ok now i have my frame of mind back now. Thanks!

    If you're exercising, 1500 cals isn't bad at all! Could it be that you're eating too little and too early for dinner?:grumble: I would be RAVENOUS:noway: if I only had a SlimFast shake for dinner! Even still, don't berate yourself! Just focus on getting back to your routine and all will be good! A few days won't blow your progress!:flowerforyou:

    Right michelepeavy step awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay from the kitchen and Taco bells:explode: Consider yourself told off , promise yourself that if you have :grumble: to go near the kitchen ( let hubby do the dishes) :noway: after your dinner you WILL only have carrot or celery sticks:tongue:and if you really must have something more substantial:mad: then promise yourself that you will immediately :heart: excercise to gain those calories back .
    The first time you do this you will feel ill:sick: from eating and then working out and hopefully:wink: won't do it again.

    Everyone has little set backs, we are human, it happens. You just have to tell yourself that just because you had one or two slips does not mean that you need to quit or give up. Even my trainer admitted this morning that he has had a slip or two. :laugh: I keep sugarfree jello and pudding (especially chocolate) around so if I want a snack at night I can grab them.   • I think as long as isn't all the time, the occasional splurge is okay. (300 calories over isn't THAT horrific) i hope you enjoyed those tacos!

    Stay away from Slimfast missy! They will not keep you full for long. Try mixing your own shakes with skim milk and protein powders, those are better for you. If you must have the slim fast, save those for when you are out running errands, and you need a snack, instead of pulling through the drive thru.
    Your not going to stay full and resists those urges if your getting full. Substance! You need substance! Good luck Michelle!

    She took the words out of my mouth:laugh: I was gonna suggest having the dinner w/your bf and no slimfast, that way you'll be inline for cals and fuller.
