Hey guys,
So I'm doing it properly this time! I'm 149 at the moment and fed up with it. I want to slim down to the same weight if not a bit more toned as I was before I started uni - uni is such a obesity trap! My weak point is buying food out rather than cooking it, I'm a pretty good cook but can't get into the habit of shopping regularly; seems so much easier to pop to Tesco for a sandwich deal or phone the local curry place!
Anyway I've lost a few pounds already by starting up a Abs and Aerobics class each week, an hour long sesh that incorporates strength and cardio, but I'm looking to stick to 1200 cals a day and work out for another hour in the gym per week; if I have more time I'll try to go more. I want to lose at least 10 pounds by mid Feb, it's mostly so I make a good impression at interviews. I used to be extremely active and at one point was a size 8, but I liked my body better at comfortable size 10 all over as I still have boobs lol!
Any help or support would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Kate

Sounds like a plan - you can do this! 10 pounds by Feb is a pound a week, and that is totally doable with the tracking assistance on here - the site helps keep you honest with yourself about a simple thing - intake and output. AND it reminds you about portion sizes! Anyway, feel free to add me, would be happy to chime in w/ some encouragement along your journey!0

Thank you, request sent . Yeah I know it's snacking that lets me down and hopefully inputting everything I eat on here will stop me from letting myself 'forget' the cheeky packet of crisps here and there. Crisps are my downfall, crisps and wine lol! x0
