New and looking for support/friends

I am starting this program in hopes of being successful and taking all this extra weight off. I was very close to starting the Take Shape For Life Program, but decided I owe it to myself to really try to take this weight off once and for all in a normal healthy way. as soon as they told me I couldn't go to the gym while on the program I figured something was definately wrong.
I am a mother of 2 my youngest being 12 and I am heavier than I was pregnant with her. I am very unhealthy at this pint. I need to loose at least 60lbs at this point, I can't beleive I let it get to this. I have a very bad habit of not eating and I am sure I have really done a number on my metabolism. Any tips, motivation, success stories are welcome....I need all the motivation and help I can get.

Good to see you are on the site trying to change for the better. i am with you, I am at my highest weight outside of pregnancy but It does not feel good to be this big. add me if you need more support0

If you are committed this site will help you tremendously. It helps you stay accountable!. IT will also give you an eye opener on the calories you eat everyday! and the people are great and supportive. The forums are full of information (some good some bad you just have to educate yourself),
You can do this!!!
I have been at this for 3 months - loss 30 lbs. I exercise 5/6 times a week and watch what i eat!! I do eat cookies, and have pizza, french fries..... I just plan for them in advance. The biggest change is I cut out 100% any soda ( I was a 3/5 a day Dr. Pepper drinker)0
