Fitness Classes in Houston, TX

Does anyone take classes in the Houston area? Which ones? Where? I would like to limit my spending on classes but would like to enjoy the experience of LIVE classes.

    I just attend the classes at my gym

    I did Houston Area Boot Camp this summer and LOVED it! :D On breaks when I go back home to Houston I rejoin my gym at the YMCA, they have GREAT classes.

    Hi A. Nichols !

    How about joining me for free, fun exercise at Fonde Rec Center on Sabine and Memorial. We play Pickleball and i usually have an extra racket you could borrow.

    We play Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
