Quick Exercises for the Busy

Life is so fast paced in today's society. It is hard to fit in long workouts when you work full time and go to school full time. My life is filled with paper writing, UGH! I do plan on joining a 24 hr gym when I graduate this upcoming June. That way I can devote more time and dedication to toning my body. I have got to get rid of this tire around my stomach and thighs.
What are some rather quick, but effective exercises for the busy?

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is a 20 minute, intense workout. I work 12 hour shift and am a single mom, so on days that I can't get to the gym I will do a workout dvd. Any Jillian Michael's workout is great!0
